As many of you know, I am spending the summer in Connecticut and participating in an organic farming fellowship. I leave this Friday and, unless I return for the Sonic Youth concert in July, I am not sure I will set foot on NY soil until September. That being said, if you want to contact me, keep a few things in mind:
Phone: My cell phone will be OFF starting May 29th. Honestly, there is almost zero service up there anyway, so don’t bother calling (or texting) between Friday and Tuesday because it’s unlikely I’ll get it. Do not text me “where r u?” this summer or something like that and then get mad that I don’t write you back. I ain’t checking my phone, people!
Myspace: Yes, there is internet access up there, but I will not be checking myspace (or email for that matter) as regularly as usual. This means I am not excited about the myspace build-up that will inevitably happen… If you are a robot and leaving me comments about the new Apple iPhone or “Look Who’s Stalking You On Myspace!”, kindly just fuck off. Same thing goes for spammers blasting about their band’s show: I am not going, so I don’t care, thanks!
Email: for those of you close enough to send me messages, you probably know my email account, so just use that!
By Snailmail: Oooh, I would love it! I have already discussed having pen-pals and would love you forever if you sent me an actual letter (I am trying to “keep it real,” as it were). This may seem backwards, but email me and I’ll send you my address, OK?
